I was born in Vancouver, BC. After High School I articled as a Chartered Accountant. After completing my articles, I joined a New York Stock Exchange member firm as a Registered Representative, and worked in Toronto, New York, and then back to Vancouver.

After a few years, I joined the employ of an ex-audit client, first as the multi-national group¹s Accountant, and later, as President/Managing Director.

I reside on Vancouver's idyllic North Shore with my wife Muriel, and our two children, Mathew and Michael.

I do volunteer work, as a canvasser, for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, and the BC Kidney Foundation. In addition, I am a Divisional Director of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and also participate in several of the Board's task forces.

I received my Real Estate License in 1986. I have earned many sales awards since then, including Crest Master Sales Club, Re/Max President's Club, Re/Max Executive Club, and Re/Max 100% Club.

My clients enjoy the benefit of my tremendously high success rate. I attribute my high success rate to working with a smaller number of clients at one time, my real estate knowledge, my selling skills, and to being a thoroughly experienced negotiator.
